Redang Trip
We took at Five Star bus (Cheapest compared to other bus operators) to Merang jetty. We left Singapore at 10pm and arrive at Merang jetty at 730am.

| We were surprised when we arrived there because Laguna has their own jetty and boats to send us to Redang!!! |

| The dinning area was very spacious and we were assigned a table when we arrive so that we do not need to worry our table will be taken by other people. |

| Baby sharks!!! (MUST SEE) They are near the beach just outside the resort and you should ask the receptionist as to where to snorkle to see them because you cant see them if you follow the snorkelling trips organised by the resort. |

The resort was very new because it was developed only a few years ago. The room was nice, clean and spacious. It was way better than the resort we stayed at tioman which was pretty rundown.
There are 2 snorkelling trips per day. We attended all in hopes of seeing new creatures but we realised it would have been better to skip one afternoon trip to laze and sun tan on the beach instead because there are too many people in the snorkelling trip and the fishes were about the same for the snorkelling trips.
Overall we spent around S$370/pax (S$280 for resort and S$90 for coach) for 3d/2delux pool room and coach.
We recommend everyone to visit Redang and stay at Laguna! :)
We took the underwater pictures with a DiCAPac WP610 which we bought on ebay for S$60.
It was pretty useful and value for money considering all other underwater camera casing are damn expensive!!!
If you are going for snorkelling trips, We will strongly recommend you must at least be able to take pictures of the underwater world for memories. It is a total different world when underwater. :)
There is no leakage and the only problem is it may fog up inside when exposed to sun. So you will need to make sure it is really dry inside. Maybe put some silicon gel will solve the problem. :)
